DATO' SHAMSUDDIN HAYRONI

Dato' Shamsuddin Hayroni started his career in 1978 with JKR where, in his capacity as a Civil Engineer, he was responsible for project design and supervision. He left his service at JKR to join Projek Lebuhraya Utara Selatan Berhad (PLUS) for career advancement. 

Equipped with engineering expertise and vast experience in the field, Dato' Shamsuddin Hayroni has taken up business ventures in the construction industry as well as property development. Beside heading Majulia Group as Executive Chairman, he is also the Executive Chairman of AIM Berhad (Businesss Processes Outsourcing - BPO Service Provider) and Electronic Commerce Technology Sdn Bhd. 

 

DATIN RAHMAH KASSIM

Datin Rahmah Kassim is one of the partners of Majulia since 1996 and is responsible for the Company's Business Development and Corporate Planning.

She started her career in the Insurance Division of the Ministry of Finance in 1979. In 1998, she joined the Insurance Regulation Deparment of Bank Negara whereby she was responsible for the development and formulation of the Insurance Industry policies. At present, beside being the Executive Director of Majulia, she is also holding the post of Executive Director in AIM Berhad (Businesss Processes Outsourcing - BPO Service Provider) and Electronic Commerce Technology Sdn Bhd.

 

PN. FATIMAH WATI MOHAMAD

Executive Director
Bachelor of Economics (University Malaya)

Pn. Fatimah Wati Mohamad is responsible for all financial affairs and the managing of the Company's day to day operations. She gained 16 years of working experience in the Economics Department, Human Resource Department and Staff Training Center in Bank Negara Malaysia. In 1995, she joined Majulia as an Executive Director and also leads several companies under Majulia Group.
